How I Work With Clients
01Discovery & Analysis
We start with a focused conversation about your business goals, target audience, and expectations. I review existing materials, analyse competitors, and identify opportunities. Based on this, we define the project scope, timeline, and budget together.
02Concept & Strategy
I create moodboards, concept sketches, or wireframes — depending on what the project needs. For branding, I define the visual direction and tone. For websites and apps, I map out the information architecture and key user flows. Everything is reviewed and agreed with you before we move forward.
03Design & Iteration
I move into detailed design — whether that's a logo system, an app interface, or a full website layout. I present work regularly and incorporate your feedback in structured rounds. We refine together until the result is right.
04Delivery & Launch
I deliver final files in the correct formats, or build and deploy the website. You receive complete handoff documentation, usage guidelines, and CMS training if needed.
05Support & Growth
After launch, I'm available for questions, fixes, and small improvements. I also offer ongoing support for product growth, new features, and future marketing materials.
